"Just wanted to start by saying that I had a great experience working with John. I was buy buying the car from out of state and sometimes that can be difficult but John made everything really simple on my end and that made things a pleasant experience to work with classic cars of Palm beach. However to be 100% honest there where a few thing I felt could be approved on but still overall a great experience. The shipment process became a little bit confusing when it was scheduled and the drivers were supposed to contact me and did not. However, John immediately contacted them told them what's what and everything was corrected quickly so not to much of a problem there. The main concern for me what that I was told before the car got loaded in the truck it would be cleaned and prepped for delivery. Everyone knows the feeling of seeing a great clean car that you just bought it's exciting. In my case the car had change in the seats, crumbs in the center console, a melted candy stuck to the carpet under a seat and so on. Very clear that the car had no been cleaned on any level before it was sent out for delivery. It was a little disheartening that the first moment I get my car, I have to give it a wash and vacuuming. Other than that a good experience and I would recommend them to someone else. From the owner: We are very appreciative that you took the time to post this and I want to respect your privacy, if not I would address your name in my reply. We are very sorry to hear the car arrived in that condition and would like to send you a gift card to make up for the inconvenience.
